Delete Your Account
Praxis Method LLC · No Days Off (iOS & Android)
You can delete your No Days Off account and the data tied to it at any time. This page explains how — both from inside the app and from the web.
A quick note first: most of what you track in No Days Off (your battles, streaks, check-ins, and settings) never leaves your device. A server-side account exists only if you turned on the optional Battle Buddy feature. If you never turned it on, there is no server account to delete — deleting the app removes everything.
Delete From Inside the App (Fastest)
If you have a Battle Buddy account, the quickest way to delete it is right inside the app:
- Open No Days Off.
- Go to Settings (the gear icon).
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete Account, then confirm.
This permanently deletes your server records — your internal user ID, username, display name, buddy connections, shared streak counts, pending nudges, any device push token, and any safety reports tied to you. On iOS it also revokes your Sign in with Apple token. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Request Deletion From the Web
If you can no longer access the app, email us and we will delete your account for you:
Put “Delete My Account” in the subject line and include the @username you claimed so we can find the right record. We may need to verify that you control the account before we delete it — because we store no email or real name, verification is tied to control of your in-app account. We will action verified requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.
Under the hood, account deletion runs through a dedicated delete-account server function that removes your records and severs the app's access to your sign-in provider — the same function the in-app Delete Account button calls.
What Is Deleted, and What Is Kept
- Deleted: all Battle Buddy server records listed above. Deletion is permanent.
- Kept only if legally required: we may retain limited information for as long as necessary to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or enforce our agreements, and only for that limited purpose.
- On your device: your solo data lives on your phone. Deleting the app removes it.
